Whiteheaven Beach - A honeymoon in Hamilton island will provide you
an opportunity to visit the Whitehaven beach which is counted amongst the
best beaches in the world. The beach is excellent place to take a walk in
the pure white silica sand of the beach and swim in the clear water of the

Great Barrier Reef - The Hamilton island is arguably the best place
to explore the largest coral reef of the world, the Great Barrier reef. You

Getting There
By Air - Flights connect Hamilton island from Sydney, Melbourne and
Brisbane.
Daily flights also fly to Prosperine from where you can take a Whtisunday
transit coach to Shute Harbour and then the Fantasea Blue ferry to the
Hamilton island.
You can also fly to Mackay airport and from there fly to Hamilton island
By Boat - You can also take a ferry to the island from the Shute
Harbour on Australia's mainland which takes approximately 35 minutes
By Road - You acan drive from Prosperine to Shute Harbour( 55 kms)
and leave your car in the security car parking station of Shute harbour and
proceed to the island by a ferry.
By Trains - Prosperine is the nearest town where you can reach by
train.
